Terms and Conditions of Booking
Provisional bookings are held for five days pending receipt of deposit. Prices are quoted on party numbers. Where max capacity is not utilised we will reduce the costs accordinly and ask that guests chose which room they would like to use. If guest numbers change there will be an additional charge of £25.00 per night of the additional guests stay.
A non-returnable deposit of £150.00 (7nts stay) and 1 nights rental (short breaks) is payable on booking. The balance is due 21 days prior to the holiday commencing. Once the booking has been confirmed the client is liable for the full rental in the event of cancellation, if less than 3 weeks from commencement of holiday.
In the event of cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible. We shall make every effort to re-let the accommodation.
Accommodation will be available from 3:00pm on the day of arrival to 10.00am on the day of departure.
Guests are fully responsible for the property and are liable for any loss or damage to the property or contents including damage by pets.
Guests should check the itinery provided and report any discrepancies, damage or breakages will be billed to the occupying guest.
Windmill Farm Cottages can accept no responsibility for loss or damage to , personal belongings including crs left in the parking area, these are at the owners risk.
Guests must not exceed the stated cottage capacity, unless with prior knowledge and permission.
The hirer shall not part with possessions of the property or share it, except with the members of the party.
The owners reserve the right to terminate the hire without notice and without a refund for a breach of these conditions.
The property owners shall be allowed access to the holiday accommodation, should it be essential during the holiday occupancy.
For health reasons, smoking is strictly forbidden in the Cottages.
Departure Time - 10am.
We kindly ask guests if you could co-operate by departing by 10am on your departure day. This gives enough time to prepare the cottage for our next guests so that it will be as nice for them as it was for you when you arrived.
Arrival Time - 3pm
We kindly ask guests if you could arrive after 3pm, if you find this a poblem please let us know in advance, and we will try to accommodate you.
Booking Schedule
We are full weeks from Saturday to Saturday. Try our mini breaks from Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday, out of Season.
Payment
We kindly ask for a £150.00 deposit by cheque within 5 days of booking.
We ask that the full balance be settled (by cheque) no later than 21 days prior to your arrival date.
Where you book close to or post this 21 day period, we simply ask for the full payment.
